Website use
The public website is designed to work without creating an account. Essential hosting and security logs may be processed by the site infrastructure.
Email enquiries
If you contact info@petzerconsulting.com, the details you choose to provide are used to review and respond to the enquiry, manage follow-up and keep an appropriate business record.
Guided assistant
The launch assistant runs in your browser using approved, fixed guidance. It does not send or store the text you type. Choosing “Email a brief” opens your own email application.
Downloads and marketing
Public playbooks can be downloaded without an account. Any future newsletter or gated-library consent will be requested separately and will not be bundled with an unrelated enquiry.
Your choices
You may ask what enquiry information is held, request a correction or request deletion where applicable by emailing the address above. Additional jurisdiction-specific notices will be added before analytics, newsletter automation or persistent chatbot transcripts are enabled.
